Ah the first day of school and I don’t know who was more excited Shawn or me. Lets just put it this way..it has been a long summer. Anyway here are a couple of photos I took right before he went to his first day of school.

Shawn has occupied himself for part of the summer by reading as much Harry Potter as he could get his hands on. He read the first book about 5 times before we finally got him the second book in the series. Once we gave him the second book he was so excited that he finished it in a matter of days, like 4! He is a really good reader and I love that he loves to read. Myself on the other hand never really liked to read. I’m working on it though, ahem audiobooks.
